Please review our stay policies prior to booking confirmation.

Check-in time is from 2:00 PM onwards and Check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and prior approval by Host Ravi.
A valid government-issued photo ID is mandatory for every guest upon arrival. The standard occupancy is 8 guests (sleeps comfortably). Maximum limit is 10 guests with prior approval.
Please keep noise levels reasonable after 10:00 PM out of respect for neighbors. No loud outdoor parties. Smoking is strictly outdoors only. Chewing tobacco is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property.
Pets are not allowed on the property. Daily cleaning is compulsory and managed by the in-villa caretaker team. Guests are responsible for any damage or breakage during their stay.
